What this site collects

Nothing. This website has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter signup, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking scripts. You can read every page without giving us any information about yourself.

Text, images, and fonts are all served from this domain. Loading a page does not send a request to any other company’s servers.

The email address and phone number shown on the site open your own email app or phone app. Nothing is submitted through this website.

What your browser stores

This site’s own code sets no cookies. It stores a single value in your browser’s local storage, named pmw-cookie-notice-dismissed, and its only purpose is to remember that you dismissed the notice at the bottom of the screen so it does not reappear on every page. It contains no identifier and is readable only by this site. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives and logs the technical details of each request, including the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent, in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. That processing is governed by Vercel’s privacy policy.

Booking, payment, and coaching

Coaching itself does not run on this website. When you select Book now or Get started, you leave this site and arrive at Trainerize, a separate company whose software we use for scheduling, intake, billing, and day-to-day coaching.

Anything you enter there — your name, contact details, payment information, and any health, training, or body-measurement information you choose to share with your coach — is collected by Trainerize, not by this website. How Trainerize handles it is described in their privacy policy, which we would encourage you to read before signing up.

The same applies to the Instagram and Facebook links in the footer: selecting one takes you to that company’s site, under that company’s policy.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. This site does not track visitors across websites in the first place, so there is no behaviour for the signal to change.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

Because this website does not collect personal information, there is nothing held here to access, correct, or delete. For information you have given to your coach, or that is held in your Trainerize account, contact us at grich@packmentalitywellness.com and we will help you reach the right place.

Changes

If this site changes in a way that affects this policy, the policy will be updated and the date at the top of this page will change.
